I have always been a fan of Pokémon, I have seen every series, movie, and played most of the games. Overall I like Pokémon sword but as a older fan I like the other games better they where more of a grind but that’s what made it fun finally leveling all your Pokémon to level 100, feeling up all of the Pokédex. Trying to figure out how to progress o the next area. I feel like the new Pokémon game holds you hand to much, I like some of the new stuff there do like the new battle mode making the Pokémon big. I just prefer the older style. Still a good game I am having fun with it

Graphics are improved overall and I like the new Pokemon. The music is overbearing and there should be an option to reduce soundtrack volume while still hearing the battle sounds.

Purchased after the Shield version. Not much difference, just a few unique Pokémon. I would suggest either one or the other. Both offer the same experience.

The evolution of pokemon is here. The game may be a little plain and short But the character designs are beyond exceptional

Not all of the pokemons! it's ok but definitely miss those pokemons that weren't added cause all these new one are meh so so. Wish there was more story, and seriously should've came with all dlcs.

For my son. He really likes it and Pokemon in general. seems like exploration and turn-based 'battles'.
