I’m not a gamer but the kids are. The 11 year old wanted this game for Christmas and she’s as happy as she can be. Bonus points for me.

A main Pokemon that I can play on a big screen (Let's Go, Eevee/Pikachu wasn't bad either). Really awesome to see these fantastic creatures render so well.

This is a great entry into the series and has a lot to offer. Give this a try! Not too much water in this one to give it a bad review- looking at you IGN...

Gave both PokeMon games as a surprise gift. She says there amazing and fixed alot from the last games. have to tell her to put the switch down all the time!

Best pokemon game I've ever played where you can easily get perfect pokemon and jump right into competitive pvp! Such a thrill and unlimited replayability!

My children love this game they have played for hours. There is a few people they have gotten together to play this game with. Many hours of fun.

I’ve missed playing Pokémon and this a great first edition to the main series on the switch! Hopefully we get more of this and less of the Let’s Go series!

It was purchased as a gift for a grandchild that will be given as a Christmas gift, but it was what the grandchild wanted---so, I would assume it is good!

One of the best Pokémon games I’ve played. Grew up with Pokémon and figured I would give the game a chance and I am so happy I did!

this game is definitely easier to advance in than the game boy games, but it's still super fun and the graphics are great. loved it!

Pokemon Sword is another great entry into the collection. All of our household including myself, spouse, and children have enjoyed the game. The only thing missing, in my opinion, is including more Pokemon from previous generations.

My 9 yr old wanted this game for the holidays and was SO Happy when it arrived on Christmas Day for him! He and his friends play nothing else right now.

My kid is really enjoying this game, loves pokemon and this game has it all, great graphics, animation, etc, if your kid likes pokemon this is the game.

A great new game in the series. The more aggressive version of the two. Nice new ideas introduced in these 2 games. Now to see where the series goes next.

Game is a refreshing start of the main series on the Nintendo Switch. I had tons of fun with this game, and the graphics were great.

Pokémon sword and pokémon shield are great games in the tradition of the classic game boy Pokemon and as such make a great gift for people of all ages.
