even if you have never played a Pokemon game you will love to be a trainer in this game as always the graphics are the best and the games make sense

It's still classic, Pokemon. Catch. Train. Collect. The difference here is that some events happen at night and pokemon such as Lunala, midnight form Lycanroc, Aloha Sandshrew and Beldium are catch-able only through this version. The plot is a bit more different this time as Trial captains and Kahunas have replaced Gyms. I'd still recommend it.

Graphics and storyline are great. Fun game to play for all!

What I mean by “third” I’m referring to that version that cleans everything up and works like a game of the year edition for Pokémon games like yellow, crystal, emerald etc... so if you played the first sun/moon you CAN skip this but if you’re a completionist like me who enjoys playing all the versions than sure go for it.

Sun/Moon alone we’re great and this game just adds to it, the mini games and new stuff to do make this a must buy for Pokémon fans!

As a new generation with new Pokemon, Alola has a lot to offer. It tends to "hold your hand" while playing but the battle are intense and new. You'll still feel the nostalgia when you send Pikachu to finish the job. There is too much content to pass up. If you're on the fence between Pokemon games don't think and pick this one up.

Got this game as a Christmas present, they love it.

While this game seems like an unnecessary addition to the original Pokemon Sun and Moon games, it is still worth the buy. There are other things that were added, such as new missions, new activities, new pokemon, and new ways to find them. The plotline is relatively the same, but it is still worth it with the extras.

It's really fun and I'm glad to have gotten ultra moon on Black Friday tho for $19.99. I haven't played the other 3ds ones, but I have played the ds pk black and the ultra punches lots of new things then the old sun-moon; I guess. Its hard to say if I will catch everything, but it's worth a try.

Long time Pokemon fan; Ultra Moon is very similar to Moon but adds just enough difference to allow for intrigue

As a complete version of Pokemon Sun and Moon, I could not have asked for anything better. The amount of Pokemon and length of the content makes for an exciting and fun game. The post game is definitely better than the originals. The graphics could be better but it's expected from the 3DS.

Love this game. But keep in mind it’s an updated moon basically. So the story is very similar.
