Great game with performance issues. The story is great for the endgame and the gameplay is fun as always. The graphics, fps, and overall performance is just not good though!

A new Pokemon game! Maybe it'll be good this time? Nope. Still buggy, laggy, extremely slow pacing, and lackluster QoL improvements. They could do so much better if they had more time for TLC.

Bought this for my daughter after she really loved pokemon shield. She likes it for thr more open world feel. There are some moxed reviews online based on the changes they made but its still a good game.

Same old story here for pokemon game. Path is linear as you are forced to do the gyms pretty much in order. Glitchy also boring catch mechincs were brought back. Nice soundtrack but somehow gamefreak cant voice the less than 3hours of potential script.

Fun, stylish. This one is definitely more fleshed out in the open world format than sword/shield, and legend arceus. Definitely would reccomend for a fun time!

Its a great video game. The gameplay loop is very fun and battling feels pretty decent but thats about all it has going for it. The world is okay. The story is bad until you reach the end, then it becomes okay. Graphics and performance are unacceptable. If you are looking for just a pokemon game where you see and catch cool new pokemon in a vast open world, this game is good at that. If you're looking for ANYTHING else out of it... well sorry... its not very good. The physical I got was in incredible condition (in case that matters to you)

Personally, I think this game is better than the last Pokémon game(sword and shield) that released. I like the open world of this game much better. I haven’t beat the game yet though, so my opinion could slightly change if I encounter something I don’t like. So far, so good.

Pokémon violet is certainly a digger approach to the Pokémon formula, but not an unwelcome one. With multiple paths to complete your objectives, and an open world to explore at your leisure, Pokémon violet is definitely worth your time.

Pokemon Violet is a fun, new take on pokemon. It is a mix between Arceus and Sword & Shield and has a wonderful adventure awaiting any new player. Because it is a new working game it can be buggy at times and the framerate can drop, however that does not stop any fun from happening!

The game is filled with lots of activity, however the storyline takes many hours with the cutscenes and is played through like it is the first Pokémon game you have ever played. It is played like a new player on the switch with lots of instructions.

I got this game around its launch, and I was really looking forward. I have pretty much bought every single Pokémon game since the gameboy advanced this game was extremely buggy when I was playing it I know that was a common issue among players. This is the first time a Pokémon game lets you choose your own adventure, which is fun and interesting but it definitely has some cons. The game does a great job of incorporating a lot of multiplayer activities compared to other Pokémon games so I do like that. Hence why I give it a three out of five could be better in terms of plot mechanics, graphic mechanics, and overall quality of life, but does provide agreat multiplayer background, and of course the introduction of new Pokémon.

I really like how the makers changed things up. I do like the dynamax overthe terrastelizing, but it is game changer. I have PvPed in these games and am more afraid to try now. For PvPers it is going to be amazing trying to find the right match up in my opinion.

Open world Pokémon game? I am sold. This is very interactive and choice based Pokémon game, where you choose if you want to battle a random trainer/pokemon in wild. On top of that, let’s go feature for your favorite pokemon.

Are the textures bad? Yes. Is this still the most fun I've had playing pokemon since ruby/sapphire? Also yes. Scarlet and Violet take massive steps forward on the stale pokemon formula. If the graphical issues can be fixed, this would easily be the best pokemon game, hands down.

excellent service from best buy but as dar as the game goes… I like it however due to the switches hardware the game can stutter in handheld mode note ably during times of high pokemon traffic

Open world pokemon game is great it you can get past a few performance issues. Like 20 fps and having to restart the gane frequently. Cant give it a higher rating until a performance patch is released
