I can always rely on Bestbuy for on time delivery especially with pre orders. I’m out of the country for vacation but i took care of pre orders for myloved ones gifts before i left & they delivered on time & surprised them for they were not expecting, gifts still keep coming as they get released.

Theres not much else to say other than “dissapointing”. Bad framerate lag, graphics will glitch out, and gameplay feels slow. And its not the Switch thats causing the problem. Look elsewhere if you want to play Pokémon.

Pokemon Violet is a disgrace to the series. The game has horrendous framerates, uninspiring level design and offers little to nothing new to the series. This game sucks wait for gen 10

Coming from a huge polemon fan, i was so excited for this release. I thought it was really cool how they had multiple story lines, but it was almost like the game couldnt handle it all. So many glitches and bugs.

I haven't played it, yet. I have a problem with buying games and either never playing them or playing them months later after I bought them. I seriously have a lot of games that are still sealed going back to the ps3 days. Insert crying emoji here.

If all the technical issues weren't there, it would be a really good game. However, the fact that it runs and looks so terrible is unforgivable. Game Freak seems to not care about optimization. I'm guessing that they don't care because they know the IP alone is enough to secure millions of sales. Don't buy this. If you do, you're only rewarding a developer that cares zero about the players. Further, Pokemon games will continue to run like trash because the developers have no financial incentive to put out a better product.

Been playing Pokémon since Red, this is the first open world game and it’s not what i was expecting. Not the best graphics and not the best game. But it’s still entertaining.

This game is really 3 and a half stars, the gameplay is fun and the soundtrack is great as always but the performance and glitches hold it back. Maybe a 7 out of 10.

The game is really fun and has a great story. The graphics are okay. But there are a couple glitches. However the glitches dont make the game unplayable.

If you a fan yes get it. It has gen 9 Pokémon. But a warning it does lag and skip frames at times. An update or patch to fix fps will be a great game.

In general the Pokemon Company practices are very anti-customer

I love the mechanics and writing. However the game has so many glitches and looks like ot shoikd be a PS2 game tather than a modern tripple A title.

Gane is really good, has great storyline; however, the game has so many bugs that causes the game to glitch and is not as smooth as previous games.

I like the overall gameplay and open world style and challenging things at my own pace, but in late game the processing really begins to slow down.

Released before all the bugs were worked out. Still awaiting a patch. Game play is what you would expect from a Pokémon game, not revolutionary.

For adult players i think you should wait. Still buggy as hell. For kids its perfect. Took me roughly 150 hours to complete game, and pokedex.

I went to Best Buy to purchase during the Christmas holiday. It was very busy as expected. Best Buy did a great job of getting me out very quickly. My grandson was very happy with his gift.

If there ever was a game to prove that the Switch needs a Pro model or a full successor, this was the one to show it off for sure.
