There are some noticeable bugs, glitches, and performance issues in certain areas of the game. BUT, if you look past it you will have a good time with this game.

Standard pokemon game.

Nothing makes it super different than the others minus the open world aspect where you dont have to follow routes. Not as good as Arceus in my opinion but its still a good pokemon game. Frames were an issue to begin with but they updated it and its solved now.

Enjoyed but felt incomplete

The frame rate drops and you can see it everywhere you go in the world and some places felt unbearable to even be in at time. Good game just feels rushed. (once they release updates it would be better)

Pokemon Violet Review

With the open world style hitting pokemon in this version the experience is new but nostalgic at the same time. At the time of writing this, the game is still newly out and can be a bit glitchy but this is a rare occurrence. Hopefully that gets fixed over time with patches! Other than that its the same game pokemon lovers have played over the years just 3d and open world
