This is a great heart rate monitor - easy to use, set up, and read.

I have been using many monitors when i work out, from headphones to wrist one, but none have been as accurate as the chest sensors supplied with polar. For a beginner it is a great buy but if you want to get serious about this I recommend the FT7 or the M400 as the have bluetooth connectivity for apps

I needed to track my heart rate in order to track heart flutters - rapid changes in heart rate. The watch was successful in this endeavor. The alarm would alert me of sudden changes. The waste band insured accuracy in the readings.

Watch is perfect for fitness of all levels. It is simple to use and basic for anyone. Great brand!

A practic and economic watch. It is funcional. Excelent choice

I workout 3x a week doing high impact bootcamp cardio aerobics. I wanted a product that would accurately calculate my HR and calories burned. The watch is easy to setup and very easy to navigate. The chest strap stays in place and does not irritate my skin. However, for some reason the signal gets lost often and the HR stops reading which causes the calories burned to stop also. I have noticed that when I wet the strap thorougly I get better readings so don't be afraid to wet it. Overall this is a good product and I have reccomended it to many of my friends.

this is the first time I've ever used a heart rate monitor. I'm the type of person that gets easily frustrated with too much "doodads"..very easy to use, user friendly, & simple. gives very accurate readings

The watch works great! I love that it keeps track of your heart rate, if you're in your target heart rate, and how many calories you are burning. I also like that I can go back and check the stats of my last few workouts. The watch fits great and the chest strap fits great for heavier people.

Instructions were easy to follow and I was setup and running fairly quickly. The heart rate monitor is light and barely noticeable once it's on. Your workout results are easy to understand if a bit bland. My only real complaint is that there's not app integration but I don't suppose I should expect that for $70.

I just love it, I am able to know how many calories I burn everyday and its so user friendly.
