I love my Polar watch! It seems to keep and accurate heart rate while your are engaging in your workout! I was hesitant to buy this product but I am so glad that I did! I now know the correct amount of calories I have burned in a workout session.

Love this product! Was reasonably priced. Easy to figure out how to use and scroll thru menu options for heart rate, for workout period gives average heart rate, max heart rate and calories burned. Love it and would be it again.

Highly recommend this product for all your exercises needs. Super cute color and easy to set up. My only recommendation is to wet just a little bit the inner plastic belt before wearing it so it can stick better, otherwise it will come loose really quick. The belt is easy to wash just make sure you uninstall the hear monitor.

I really like the product overall, it's really good for the price and easy to set up. It is a great workout buddy because it motivates you to stay in the fat burning zone. I have had it for a few weeks and have not had to replace the battery yet. My only complaint so far is that when your heart rate goes beyond the limits of your fat burning zone (determined by your height weight ect.) it says you are not in the fat burning zone and I am unsure if it that time counts as calories being burned.
