    Made this purchase for my mother because she really wanted to "count her daily steps". I told the sales person what I was looking for and he recommended this watch. I was sold on his word and made the purchase. Sent my mother the watch. She took it back and was told that this watch does not have that capability :(

    I wanted this for basic to intermediate fitness. I wanted to see what I burn on average for calories to work out ratio. The only one thing I don't love is the strap you wear on the chest. I wish the monitor was built into the watch. I didn't realize when I purchased it, I would be getting a strap to wear also. The strap can sometimes lose track of the heart rate. I guess if I did it over I would try to spend more money to get an all in 1 watch. For the price, it's worth it and I LOVE the pink one! White would have been my next choice! I bet this would be a fun gift for someone getting started working out!

    I love Polar products. Great tool to use to increase the intensity of your workout. I am a trainer and three of my clients have purchased them to track their workouts. You can wear this while swimming too.
