A good device for starting out

The buttons are somewhat difficult to manipulate if you have arthritis in your fingers. The band that goes around your chest is for the most part comfortable.....however I wish it would have a different closure for securing it....I feel like it could come undone during exercise. Overall, a good device for a beginner.
