This was a recommendation from my doctor along with the Flow in order to upload the information directly to the DR's office.

I bought this as a replacement for my Garmin. The Garmin stop synching with the watch, couldn't fix. I bought this one and have had no problems to date. It synchs with my Life Fitness equipment, better than the monitors that came with it and also auto synchs with most equipment at the gym. Don't know if the chest strap comes in larger sizes, I'm not a big guy but the strap is maxed out. Not an issue, doesn't effect performance.

I needed to replace my Polar heart rate monitor from 15 plus years ago than had finally run it's course. It was a great deal and has been helpful with me getting back on track with my workouts. I prefer this over a fit bit because of the chest strap that gives a more accurate reading of the heart rate.

Only thing I'm missing from this monitor is a chart telling me at which point during my exercise my heart rate was at it's highest, etc. I also would like it if it could read my heart rate while not in the exercise mode. Other than that, it reads my heart rate accurately and holds my data after every work out. I believe it can sync with other polar items so maybe I'll check that out.

I purchased it to keep up with by pulse during workouts and it does a great job of that.

It's OK, wife didn't like lacking features like a simple watch feature. Also not easy to use/read while on the go..

It is a good option for an inexpensive watch with heart monitor and no GPS.

The Polar FT7 is so easy to you. It gives a great reading and is easy to see while working out. The back light is nice for dark situations and it is easy to sort through the different displays. The only issue I've had is that ocassionally the signal is inturupted if I get super sweaty but it's an easy fix.

Have used other trackers/monitors. This is the best one by far.

Well designed and easy to use with clear instructions. Works great!

It is very accurate with your heart rate, and is a must have for workouts
