Customers are positive about the Loop Activity Tracker's heart rate and sleep tracking features, finding it easy to use and appreciating its waterproof design. However, customers are negative about the product's short battery life and the challenges some experienced with band sizing and syncing. The app also received mixed reviews, with some users finding it less intuitive than expected. Other features like step tracking and accuracy were generally well-received.

It's a great product for a activity tracker. You can't adjust your goals and button seems to have issues sometimes. The charging port on the back seems to have to touch your skin at the same time you push the button. At least it seems to work better that way. Just takes some getting use to it. Pretty solid product!

Overall love the product. As i said above I just wish it was easier to connect with friends on daily activity, you can for training sessions but it'd be nice to just do overall. Because we can't we literally send each other pictures of our progress thorugh the day to compete on who gets the most steps haha.

Replaced a fitbit flex which I lost because of the fitbit's poorly designed band and clasp. This device is more user friendly, better designed and seems to be more accurate. Three friends have bought one in the last 2 weeks.

The band was broken before I even tried it. When I connected the band to my computer and registered it, the words were upside down, and the battery was not holding a charge. Also, you have to manually cut the the wristband to fir your wrist. Which was extremely hard.

I had previously had the Nike version of this device but I decided to go with Polar. I have had multiple Polar products in the past so I felt comfortable with the brand. While the device is well made, the instructions and the interface with the "Flow" system is more than a little confusing. I thought that I would be able to turn it on before a run and that would provide me with information but I have not figured that out. I have also not been able to link it to the Polar heart monitor. I am sure I will figure all of this out but it is taking a long time.

Only flaws I can find with this activity monitor is I'd like to have hourly sleep function display and a heart rate monitor in the Loop itself. After those two things are added this will be the perfect activity and heart rate monitor

I really wish the web site was better easier maybe more like fit bits. i have had both trackers now and I think for wearing, not losing it and comfort the polar is way better than the fit bit. as far a info and easy of getting and understanding your info fit bit wins

If you are looking for a basic tracker, this should do the job. It'll show HR but has to be paired with a strap (sold separately). The mobile app companion takes awhile to show the numbers once a user uploads or syncs data.

This activity monitor is great. Combined with a Polar heart rate monitor you get a simple yet effective way to tract your daily activities with the added benefit of monitoring your exercise via your heart rate.
