No good

We are wasting expensive film in our attempts. Not happy with this purchase. Cannot return as Best Buy no longer honors 45-day returns for Best Buy Elite members. I am cancelling my Best Buy Visa and taking my money elsewhere, which is too bad as I really wanted this brick and mortar to be successful.
