So Far, So Good

It was initially more difficult for me to get hooked up (I'm an IT neophyte) but now that its on I'm pleased with the product.

the sound is good

Open Box Fiasco

Took it home, installed it, and all was fine until it got warm (about 15 minutes after turn on). Once warm, no matter what the volume was set at, there would be a spike up in the sound so that it was almost deafening. Loved the sound bar up until that moment. Called Polk who told us to take it back to Best Buy. We did and had to purchase a new one at additional cost. No consideration for the fact I was sold bad goods, went through home hassle, and had to return the product. No discount. No, "Gosh, we're sorry." No voucher for future purchases - nothing. Bad customer service in my opinion.
