We wanted to replace home entertainment center and moved to a FireStick for access to Netflix, etc. and used the Polk soundbar system for better audio. Polk system worked great and provides sound that in some ways is better than the old home entertainment center. We also got rid of a whole lot of wires.

I was sold on this from the excellent customer service I received from one of the Best Buy sales rep. Got it home, played with it a bit and imo not worth the price I paid. However, it is a decent sound bar. Just not loud enough for me.

This budget soundbar is a great upgrade to any TV setup. While you won't get any surround sound, you will get high quality audio in a great form factor. I'd rate this among the top budget soundbars on the market right now.

Speakers have a good sound. I installed them on a n outside tv that drops down from the cealing. I did have to buy a mounting bracket off amazon. The BB one was to heavy and expensive.

My first sound bar with sub woofer. The sound that this unit produces is movie theater quality and makes my tv experience special. When I watch movies with this, it feels like I'm at the movies. I'm amazed at the bass it produces. I can never watch tv again without one of these..

Decent sound for the price. Remote is a little finicky and has to be in just the right spot to work. When you are in a jamb and need a cheap sound bar this will do the job

I have been a fan of Polk speakers for many years. This sound bar is just fine for my den and my 50" Samsung 4K TV. The voice level settings on this model is a plus, and the bass level is more than I need. Just love this purchase.

but every now and then it SEEMS to reverse and make music and sound effects louder and voice lower???? probably has more to do with the stream/feed/source file then the system so... on the most part it's a good system.

It was easy to set up and a compact system for all applications. I like the presets that raise treble on voice settings. If watching news it’s clearly setup for distinct voice clarity. And too cool to double as stereo spkr for pandora and streaming music without the tv on.

we bought this sound bar to assist the TV,s audio, being somewhat hard of hearing I needed to turn up the volume to hear the actors speaking. The sound bar helps with hearing so we don't have to keep the volume so high.

I was excited to get this hooked up to my LG Television as the sound on the tv is low. I hooked it all up using the optical cable provided.,the sound is nice but there is no power in this sound bar. Although a good quality product, the sound did not satisfy our needs. This was put into a smaller room and still needs a little more power. It sounded much louder at Best Buy, but I’m sure they have a special hookup. I would give this 3 stars overall. I took it back to Best Buy and upgraded to th LG SJ5YS. I have not hooked that up yet but will this weekend. It sounded much louder and deeper than the Polk Audio.

The only reason I didn't give it the 5 stars was the response time on the remote. It's worth mentioning that I have not used other remotes to compare so it might be the norm. Aside from that. It sounds great.

Pretty good soundbar, not a lot of bass but it still decent. Loses connectivity to my TV occasionally, but I can't tell if that's my TV or soundbar yet. If you can get it on sale, it's a solid grab.

While the sound is good I find the remote to be slow to react. Instead of the pre-set "voice adjust" system, I would prefer to have the ability to adjust the different ranges myself with a visible level indicator.

This speaker set is a good value. Sound is good for what you pay. I like having a better speaker than the TV speaker and its form fits well where I need it. Don't expect hi-fidelity, but not a bad speaker set either.

One of the employees at the store recommended this to me, and I have never been more greatful. This sound bar makes the sound 100x better then the tv sound. It rocks the walls, makes it feel like you’re watching it in real life. I would 10/10 tell anyone to get this.

This piece was easy to setup, and I love the sound on it. The music, particularly the bass, comes out loud and clear, and conversations are crisp and audible. Audio and construction quality definitely comparable to, and possibly surpassing, higher-priced items

This soundbar is reasonably priced and does what I needed. Gives dialogue crisper quality (especially over music). The only downer is it can't pair with my Hopper 3 from Dish. It is 2 remote time. Seems a shame to have to spend $ 250-300 for that one feature.

Git this on a deal if the day I bought it for myself however the wife gave it to a relative... Said it was too loud. That's ok I bought myself another one that was even louder than the first.

When you think of Polk you see dollar signs but Best Buy set me straight on that. What a deal I received on my Polk soundbar. It has a deep even sound, loud if need be, looks great, no wires and my wife is happy. Life is good thanks to Polk and Best Buy.
