    Average sound, very cheaply made remote which doesn't function well. I had limited funds to work with, but now realize that I should have spent an extra $100 or so and purchased a better one.

    Despite recommendation from salespeople is not user friendly. We were led to believe it would control sound level on all channels without making adjustments every time we changed channels. Can only use remote with IF. Cannot use my Direct TV remote, which means another remote just for sound adjustment. Remote is not user friendly, when you don’t know where you are or where you’ve been. Very disappointed! Can I return it for refund?
