Good starter system

Ok product - Bass is not desireable

Basic sound system

Good but not great

I wanted to purchase another item but BestBuy pushed me to buy this one.I won't buy this again for a gift . For my self Maybe. It doesn't pair easy with Direct Tv remotes. The MFG actually told me to go return it if I did want to pair it to my remote. Lucky a Directv Tech come to get it to work. I got this for my Parents and wish I had got another item. But too much time had gone by for me to return it.

Popping noise and sound issues

During this time I have contacted Polk 3 times regarding issues with the volume going up and down and popping noises. Polk is sending us a new sound bar. Hoping that helps solve the problem
