Was not what we were looking for .. did not work for us

Very good starter sound bar in relation to the cost

it did not have enough bass, so I purchased something else

Need just the correct angle to turn on with remote.

In the 1st three weeks after set up I’ve had the following problems: feedback, static, turns off on its own, remote has to be 1 foot away to work, have to restart if tv is muted more than 3 minutes. Sometimes sounds like it’s about to short out.

We had to return the soundbar because it randomly would jump really loud and we would have to turn it down. Then it would do it again and again. Never could figure out how it learns the remotes either. It was on a weekend and Polk audio is closed. So no help from them and no help from the pathetic directions either. But we returned before we got that figured out. Purchased a Vizio and it works perfectly.

I suppose you get what you pay for. Certainly the case with this product. I purchased two systems and by the time I had the chance to connect them my return had expired. Very much an entry level system. No audio differncial on any level

Weak quality of sound and Bass. It is better than the Vizio TV. It looks like i should have purchased in the $300/500 range! Bose, Klipsch.

This soundbar worked ok for awhile and then started going in and out. Had to take back and make a warrant claim. Dont recommend this product.

I would not suggest purchasing this sound bar. The remote stopped working correctly. Not that it’s not working like it needs batteries... more so that regardless of pushing up or down it will only go up in volume even when you are trying to lower the volume. It has a mind of its own. The sound quality is not that great either. I should have purchased a 2nd LG soundbar. I have one in my living room and it works amazing. I wanted something less expensive for the bedroom, but this sound bar is garbage.

Once I got the system installed and working I was left wondering if I had not connected the bass speaker. Turning the bass speaker up and then down I can hardly tell the difference. I wish I had not bought the system and had replaced the receiver like I originally wanted. However I let myself be convinced by the sales man to purchase the sound bar instead. Silly me.

sounded good in the store so bought it and when got it home the sub would not link with the sound bar. Took it back and spoke to another sales person and was told they have had a few come back for same issue.

Only use recommended mount. Do not use Rocketfish mount. Does NOT work. Also make sure about Bluetooth capability with your TV.

I purchased this for my parents and it doesnt sound half as good as the lg I bought a year earlier and for half the price.

Bought this to go with my Samsung. Sometimes the sound doesn't come on and you need to turn it off and on again.

Good sound. However there is no way to see what the the sound bar is set at on the TV so you are always guessing.

When I tired it, the sound was hardly better than what the speakers in the TV provided. I returned it.

Sounded better at the store for some reason, the subwoofer sounds full audio, not just the bass.

While trying to save a little bit of money to help with the price of the TV, I got this lower end sound bar. Unfortunately, it's been a pain. In particular, it automatically turns off when the TV is unattended for a brief period of time. The manufacturer Tech Support told me it was made that way and it can't be changed.

Poor quality and poor remote, not a very good sound bar from a sound company!
