The sound bar sounded better in the store. It lacked depth of sound

I have had Polk speaker before and really disappointed in this system.

Subwoofer just stopped working on me. Sounded good at first.

The sound bar sounds no different than the TV. The bass didn't work so the company is sending a new speaker. It takes too long for the sound to come on after the TV is turned on. You have to be close to it for it to work.

The sound bar keeps losing connection with Bluetooth and sound turns off. Very difficult to get sound working again. Very annoying when you are watching a program and then hear nothing.

SOUND QUALITY WAS NOT NEAR AS GOOD AS IN STORE. RETURNED.

i thought it would be better stereo sound. lacks bass.

Very hard to set selected sounds. Hard to set volume.

Worked about a day, then was very iffy (sometimes MIGHT would come on after unplugging/replugging the optical cable). Boxed it up and retuned (BB has good policy) and took home a JBL system which sounds great and works 100% of the time.

sound bar would make a poping sound every time I would pause the show and the voice was off sink took it back and spent give or take 100.00 more for a Samsung and iam much happer

I bought this unit to work with my Dish TV setup but found that this unit does not pair with my Dish TV unit. That means I would have to use two separate remote controls to watch a program. Not at all convenient.

This product only worked with my Samsung tv, my in laws got me an element tv for Christmas and the sound bar had less volume than the tv itself. will not be buying polk products in the future

Don’t work I only use the speakers a few times and I have never use before because I doesn’t work really bad for me because I only throw away my money with the equipment badbadbad.$$$$$$$$

My subwoofer keeps disconnecting and goes in snd out. I have only had this sound bar for a couple of months I want a refund.

Right from the box it was defective! The left speaker did not work at all! Returned immediately! Very upset and disappointed!

Having some issue with the sound bar not working when changing inputs on my Sony TV. Remote is too small and unresponsive.

Bought it on sale for son and sounded like crap so took back and bought Samsung sound bar , way better.

Could not get it to sync to vizio TV or cable remote. I returned it for another product.

The sound was not that great. I ended up buying an other sonos sound bar. I guess it is true you get what you pay for.

Context: Have a Sonos Play1, Bose Mini Soundlink II, Klipsch Promedia 2.1 PC speaker set, ZVOX 450 for the bedroom TV - familiar with sound from different manufacturers. Pros: - Price point, purchased this as open box for ~40% off, making it the cheapest upgraded speakers so far. - included wireless subwoofer enables placement anywhere - excellent for the living room space approx 12' x 12' - mids and highs are good from the soundbar - Polk sounded a lot better than JBL and LG soundbars on display - bass is just enough. Not overbearing like Klipsch or Bose Cons: - Bluetooth connection is spotty after hours of play; best if device is within range and no wall interference - system takes a while to turn on - no volume or input type display on unit - Remote could use more sensitivity, range, and weight Conclusion: Great soundbar for the average person who isn't looking for ground-shaking bass and simply looking for an upgrade from the tinny TV speakers on most hdtv's today. Most other speakers sounded a bit too focused on the mids and highs. The only other comparable one I found was the JBL Cinema SB450, which is much more expensive. Audiophiles or those who enjoy Sonos or other premium components will find that these soundbar is lacking in clarity on the mids and overall balanced sound. When compared to Vizio or the LG/Samsung soundbars that Best Buy carries, this blows them out of the water.
