    Subwoofer doesn't work , remote barely works

    Followed directions right out of the box. Optical plugged in, power plugged in, Sub plugged in...turned on and presto..soundbar works. Absolutely no sub woofer volume. Utilized remote to increase, nothing. Followed the pairing multiple times that are in the manual...still not working. Used to love Polk audio, never again. Will call customer service on Monday when open...guess no soundbar for football game. Pathetic. Oh, and the remote won't power it off. Do not get the S1. Cheap

    Had the sound bar for 18 months was replaced 3 times, Polk will not repair or replace. You send this much money on a sound bar you expect it to last more than 6 months. Total waste of money. Buy another product Talked to customer service and they would only offer a reduced price on another unit. No confidence ant product would be worth the money.

    I’ve had this system for 1 month. The subwoofer worked maybe for a week. I went on the Polk website looking for a fix and this is a problem that has been going on for over a year with many buyers. Can’t understand why there are so many good reviews. Taking mine back.
