Great sound, easy setup and adding the rears makes a great surround experience.

It has a Good quality sound and I like the fact that subwoofer Is is a good size to hide. If there was a issue when you would pause a movie you would hear a popping sound but Polk replaced the whole system. I would say they have great customer support.

It has amazing sound!!! The bass is really good hits hard .... Ok the bad the bass had a cracking sound. The customer service is amazing they tried to fix it but unfortunately it was a lemon. Customer service sent out a whole new unit we have charge. Set it up networks amazing.

This sound bar was a gift for my parents who wanted better tv sound from a tv they bought that had tinny speakers. I wanted something that was easy to install and easier to run and this was it. And the sound is terrific. They can still use the main remote for most things. It turns on with the main cable and tv power and just works. They are thrilled and I don’t get help desk calls. Win!

Great sound quality, competes with much higher priced sound bars.

Overall a really good quality sounding sound bar. The remote is average but functional. I do really like the voice control option, I completely notice the difference in shows and movies that have low dialogue volume. Overall Polk has always been amazing in my opinion.

Great system within budget for a 14 x 15 room. Base is good. Woofer does the job. The sound bar is crisp. I did not see too much value in adding the surround speakers to this system. The one flaw is the remote control connectivity range from a distance greater than 6-8 feet. Polk has to work on getting the remote range issue fixed.

Just replaced our original Sony surround system with this Polk system. Sound quality is much better on the Polk even with 2 less speakers. Voice volume control on the Polk is a real advantage on some broadcasts where the voice quality seems to just fade away. Pleased overall.

No wireless sound system is perfect. Occasionally components must be re-paired. Other than that, the quality of sound is fantastic, considering the size. I usually lower the subwoofer volume a bit for balance. A solid system for the money. And great customer service in any case. Get one.

I bought this sound bar after being disappointed by a different more expensive sound bar. This is my first purchase from Polk but I doubt it will be my last. The ability to independently adjust the voice level from the remote makes a huge difference. Really good loud sound and if you’re into bass this sub will not disappoint you! Would buy again!!

Soundbar initially sounded great and had the features I was looking for, but the unit totally stopped working after 45 days. I could no longer return the unit to Best But, and Polk customer service is non-existent. Now I have a unit collecting dust in my house while I wait for an electronics recycling event so that I do not have to pay to get rid of it! It would have been more satisfying to just burn the money I spent on this unit. Steer clear of Polk, brand has gone to garbage.
