I looked at sound bars with a specific budget in mind. I looked a some that were a little cheaper but they sounded like it. Then I tried the display for the Polk with the voice over and it sounded really good. I didn’t want cheap or to spend high end prices. This is a great middle of the road sound bar.

This sound bar sounds great and performs outstanding. I purchased this sound bar to update a much older sound bar, and I could not be more pleased. The voice comes out clear and the bass is deep. The only complaint I have is the app can be updated, but that is the only complaint I have.

We listened to a lot of sound bars and didn't really get excited about them. Then we listened to the MagniFi sound bars and we were sold immediately. We put the MagniFi Max in our living room and we are talking about replacing the Pioneer surround sound system in our basement with another MagniFi Max. We love this system. We found the rear speakers online and they easily connected to the system. The only odd thing I noticed is when I press the music button on the remote the sound stops playing in the rear speakers and all the LEDs on the sound bar light up. You have to press the music button twice to get the sound in the rear speakers and then the LEDs light up in a different pattern. Not an issue with the movie or sports buttons. I'm not sure if it's that's because we added the speakers later or if it's just the way they work. It's consistent and seems intentional. I guess it gives you control over whether you want the sound to play through all the speakers or just the front.

After having the big 15's with the book shelf surround sound speakers and wires going everywhere. This set up is clean and easy to set up and sounds absolutely great. I have not purchased the blue tooth rear surround yet, but I am looking forward to the sound even getting better.

I like the sound bar it has clear sound when turned up loud. Im looking for a clear voice sound when turned down lower bc we watch tv at night. Back ground noise over sees the voice sound... in all the sound bars Ive tried. The base is good sounding as well. I ony rate it 3 stars bc it didnt provide what im needing in the area I watch tv. High ceilings and far away from tv and speaker. About 20" from speaker. The customer service guy that helped us was awesome though! He was fun on how he demonstrated how each speaker sounded and its features that they provide. That's why we bought this speaker it sounded the best of all the others. And would work great if my space was different

I had a Samsung wireless speaker home theater for many years. The rear speakers started cutting in and out, so I decided to opt for a soundbar. The base from the subwoofer is amazing , you can feel it in your bones. The clarity of the soundbar itself is is amazing. I am very pleased

Worked great , but now it’s getting cranky. Lost sound on it and can’t figure out what’s wrong...great subwoofer and good overall sound when it works...

The sound quality is pretty good but the sub keeps coming unpaired. I bought this as a gift for the in laws and keep getting calls that sound stopped working.

Fantastic sound quality. Feels very high end. I did however return this for the Sony HT-Z9F specifically due to the fact this Polk does not support Atmos or DTS X. I will say voices in movies w/ this Polk are 100% clearer though than the Sony. Amazing soundbar if you dont care about Dolby Atmos.

Very easy to set up and the sound is great for our room. I like that it has 3 HDMI Cables for our 3 devices. The volume control on the remote is difficult to operate, as you have to push down very hard.

I'm impressed with the sound quality. The voice boosting option on the remote really makes it easier to hear voices during dialog. I've struggled for years to hear the vocals during normal TV programming and this sound bar is amazing.

As I’ve gotten older, I sometimes have difficulty in clearly hearing voices on shows and movies. The ability to increase the volume of the voice channel independently has allowed me to turn off closed captioning to the delight of other household members.

Polk Audio is known for premium sound but I was blown away with my Max 3.1 system. This subwoofer really booms. When I watch a movie I like to feel the explosions and this system delivers. I added the 2 rear wireless speakers so now I do have a 5.1 system and let's just say it's a good time.

I was looking for speakers for a small room that would give me big sounds with less equipment and wires. I found the polk audio soundbar and purchase the satellite rear speakers. It delivers great sound clear deep very happy with this purchased.

The sound quality is good for shows on tv. The only minor issue I have is the seperate bass speaker does not have enough sound output that I can notice over the bar alone, even at max level, to make a difference.

I reviewed many soundbars, ranging from $100 to $1000. I spoke with my Best Buy specialist and he recommended this Polk model. We gave it a sound test in the store and it sounded great. I bought it, took it home and have not been disappointed. Hi highly recommend this Polk soundbar.

Good product. Very powerful speakers. Had to get surround speakers to enhance its potential which is definitely worth it. The remote could use some improvement.

I absolutley love the high quality of sound from both, sound bar and subwoofer!!..It makes me want to open up my old movie section again and watch my favorites just to get the optimal sound quality that ive missed in other systems.

This is my second unit with the same problem. And still having issues even after help from their customer service. The sound is awesome, but my subwoofer keeping having a popping sound that is beyond annoying, I came to find out I was not the only one, most people have that issue, so please do your research before purchasing, hopefully that will save you a return trip! Tried everything possible but still have the same issue
