I feel that there could be a better value out there with more speakers for this price. But it suited my needs and has amazing base!

movies and music sound is great live sporting events are a little hit and miss surround sound can sound like static

I've had this setup for a month now. Without surround speakers, this soundbar might as well only have a center speaker when it comes to any kind of audio I have used. I have the voice setting turned all the way down and it still stands out so much the side speakers don't seem to work. A few days ago I received the SR1 wireless surround speakers that go with this set and it has made a large difference. Now I get stereo definition with everything else set the same. Also, now the dolby digital actually does something. Even with this full setup, the front left and right channels seem really quiet. I know they work as I have listened right next to them to be sure. I'm still happy with my purchase, though it's mainly the price that has made all the difference. I got the bar and sub set for another $70 off best buy's price as an open box missing the HDMI cable. This will hold me over until I can upgrade to a more dedicated home theater setup. Then I'll move this to the bedroom or office.

Works great easy to use great subwoofer. Can’t buy rear channel speakers from Best Buy! Not good.

This sound bar is awesome, it feels like I am at the movies. The sound is perfect with the high pitches and the bass it is the best I have ever had.

Great surround sound for the price. You get a wide range of highs, mids and lows. Movies sound really great.

I love the extra sound strength and clarity that I get using this with my tv. It is easy to use and was simple to set up.

Have always had a large, full featured sound system so this is first sound bar purchased. Pleased with sound and appearance

The sound was okay, the feature to increase voice over background was excellent. The unit worked well about 2 weeks. It began shutting down automatically (about every 10 minutes). We reset the unit several times and the issue persisted. Ended up getting a refund. We believe it could have been interference with other electronic devices. Nonetheless, it was returned.

Tried a few different models. This one ultimately had the best sound. Connected very easy with my projector and Apple TV

Sound quality not as good as BOSE. Remote control buttons are hard to push.

I bought one of these for a curbside pick up, reviews seemed pretty decent. The things I was drawn to were... the brand, 8"subwoofer, wattage, and sale price. Unfortunately the subwoofer bottoms out easily, it's made of cheap foam surrounds, the vocals and midrange are essentially non existent, the remote is trash, you literally have to push down with an absorbent amount of pressure to make anything happen, never connected to my phone for Google home, would not even work with 4k 5.1 apps on my tv. I had to turn to standard stereo for Netflix and that's not even an option on D+ so I couldn't even use it. I returned this unit and purchased the vizio 5.1 at...mhmmm of all places target for $169 and it blows the polk away. If I want an upgrade after this I'll invest my money in a component system.

Great bass sound bar is lacking in highs and voices good for price point

Love the sound, different controls to turn the bass high and voice low or the other way around, the bass is amazing feel the whole room shake a lil bit, only thing i didnt like was when you switch inputs it turns off and takes a min to turn back on so would pause the movie untill it comes on unless u wanna use the remote to turn it on, other then that i love it

I have purchased other Polk speaker systems in the past. Those systems were great. I purchased the soundbar for a new 58" TV. The sound is great, no complaints.

It's a great system. I was greatly surprised by how loud it can get. I upgraded to this from a 1000watt surround sound system an honestly the volume on this could blow my old system out of the water. I only say it is lacking because there is no on screen settings menu. There are only LED's on the front that tell you what changes your making, if you can remember what the different colors and number of LED's mean. If it had an onscreen menu it would earn it's 5star.

Great sound, great power. Fills open concept room completely. Nighttime feature works great with sleeping kids above. Looking forward to adding Polk SR1s n the future.

This sound bar has excellent quality and fits neatly under the TV. We use it for the TV and with our Iphone for music as well. Highly recommend this product.

Sounds great. Gets a little hot after using a few hours, but no issues in operation.
