Excellent service. Great deal on the items I purchased.. all around great experience.

Mixed bag!

First impression was positive, liked the looks and ease of setup. Had problems with the remote...did not worK properly. Also, problems with streaming being frequently interrupted. One of the reasons I purchased this item was for the clear voice feature. Although better than my old Samsung, it does not live up to my expectations! Out of a degree of fairness, this could be due to my hearing problems combined with low technical skills. When it works , it sounds good. Polk sent new remote along with instructions to fix streaming issues. At this stage, I’m just not quite ready to give an enthusiastic thumbs up endorsement! We’ll eee how things progress!

Good sound poor controller chip

Had difficulty at first no sound and couldn't get it to update firmware or get Hdmi-cec to work. Works most of the time,when it stops just power cycle it. That's why the three stars.
