    The first 5 months of this Soundbar were great. But the subwoofer starting cracking during different frequencies. I had purchased the Geek Squad protection plan on it. Took it to the store & they sent it for repairs, after 5 weeks they couldn’t fix it. They sent me a new one & the day I received it I had the same issue with the subwoofer. I’ve spoken with Polk several times & they’ve said they don’t know what would cause this. I’ve re-synced, moved sub location, changed HDMI to optical. Nothing fixes the issue, absolute trash. Will be returning & exchanging for a different brand

    This sound system sounded amazing for about 3 weeks, now the sub constantly crackles and the sound bar goes in and out. We will be getting in touch with Best Buy and or Polk Audio for reimbursement and or new system.
