Repeated problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really wanted to like this sound bar. Set up was very easy and it produced great sound. However, after about a week, it would no longer turn on with any of the remotes. The only way to get it to turn on was to unplug the power cord from the sound bar and plug it back in. Exchanged it for another one but continued to have problems. While the subwoofer was on and synced, it didn't produce any sound. If you put your hand on it you could feel it vibrate a little but no bass even with it turned the whole way up. And then after a couple of days it developed the same power issue as the first one.

not my first choice

It has good sound overall but has this popping noise that occurs in quiet scenes of the show that is annoying. I haven't been able to find out what causes it and need to see if it is defective.

Subwoofer crackles during movies.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 2nd day of having this unit decided to watch a action film and during some talking parts you can hear the subwoofer crackle it was super annoying. I think for $379 should be good sound with no crackle of the sub especially since it's 379 on sale! And is originally like 569 dollar system. I didn't even want to deal with a exchange I just returned it. Also the sub wasn't good at picking of the lows in bass and the mids were barly there when listening to music. The remote you have to really press down on the buttons to get what u want it to do. Other than that unit looks nice, you can feel the sub shake your floor and the soundbar sounds good.
