    If you’re trying to stream anything wirelessly to it, it will work for 5-10 min then shut off. After months of calling and trying to find a fix with Polk, still the same problem. They have switched everything still the same problem. There are ton of forums online about the same problem. It’s frustrating. But the smaller version of this works flawlessly. When you have it hard wired to anything via hdmi, aux, digital out, etc it works and sounds amazing. Very clear. But streaming via Bluetooth, WiFi, anything wireless, doesn’t work even the google and Apple home system. Sad.

    First, the subwoofer popped the second it got power. Returned it for a new one. It worked about 30 days, then the subwoofer lost syncing capabilities. Called tech support. Subwoofer is on backorder, most likely discontinued. Then, the next day, the soundbar stops working if I change the volume. It mutes itself every time the volume gets changed. On any controller or the unit itself. Don’t buy this garbage. Please.

    Soundbar didnt meet my standard of audio for the price. I ended up buying the JBL soundbar and it sounds way better. Ps the room my soundbar is in has 14ft ceilings and is a giant room.
