I watch a lot fo TV shows and movies so I decided to get a sound system. When I got this soundbar the difference was huge. You get great bass and sound quality. It makes action movies 4x better and music ten fold.

First this soundbar is awesome! Better than what i was expecting. My only gripe is brand new just a few days old and the sub is making a popping sound and idk if that can be fixed or what is causing that. I have everything left at defaults except i turned volume down to 30 (3 white lights) cuz 40 a bit much for my apartment. Anyone have any idea whats up with the sub or if i just got a dud? Overall, i would recommend this to a friend yes. Btw this is my first review of a product ever. Hope this helps someone

Good purchase for me. Mainly got it to improve "Voice" so I can understand what's being said. Subwoofer is important for the movies I like.

Purchased this Polk soundbar to replace my old Polk soundbar I had for years. Sound quality is great and set up was very easy. Will be looking into purchasing the 2 wireless surround speakers.

I initially went to buy a surround sound system but switched to a sound bar. i liked the sound very much. It works very well in our living room and was easy to hook up. Glad I switched away from surround sound.

I have previously had the cheaper Visio 5.1 sound bar. That one had huge bass but the sound and voices were always muffled and didn’t sound good. The Polk mangnifi max is the opposite. The sound is so clear and amazing. The bass is not as boom in your face but it is the appropriate amount that adds to the overall sound. My only complaint would be that when I toggle between Netflix and Apple TV the sound volume changes Other complaint would be I wish I got more bass at lower volumes. Also the remote control is beautiful but it has to be aimed just exactly right or it doesn’t work. Overall I’m pleased.

First, I would like to say that this was incredibly easy to connect to my TV. From start to finish was about 10 minutes. The sound is perfect. I definitely recommend this product.

Does some things well: it definitely has adequate bass and the voice channel provides clear dialog. What I'm noticing is it struggles with changing HDMI inputs. Also, on certain shows and movies it almost mutes the background music to favor the dialog. I would recommend this product but not at the $499 price point. I picked this up for 299 on sale and still feel like I may have overpaid a little.

One of my favorite purchase recently. To me this is a really good soundbar, one that is comparable to other sound bars that are double this price.

Great sound for music and movies or TV. Lots of bass available when wanted. Separate voice and bass controls on the remote makes fine tuning the sound easy. Quick and easy to install.

One of the best sounding soundbars I have heard in its price range. Only one issue is a bit of a delay when starting up as it tries to figure out what audio codex the cable channel is broadcasting in. (this is evident by the light on the front changing from orange to green back to orange as it tries to decide) This can cause a bit of a delay or flicker in the picture as the tv/soundbar initially powers up. Other than that, no issues so far and the sound is really nice

Nice sound bar. Very happy I went in to the store. I had a list of other sound bars to look at but after listening to them I decided on this one. It opened the sound up more. Caught it on sale so it was the right choice for my budget and needs. Also very happy with the customer service I received at Morehead City NC Best Buy. There is something to be said about being able to see and hear a product before buying. Best Buy also price matched Amazon.

The boxes are well built and each speaker is wrapped in a nice pouch with the company's "heart" logo sealing the speaker pouch. Coming from a 2.1 analog system with a 6.5" subwoofer, all I can say is I'm absolutely breathtaken on the audio fidelity. I have this system ARC HDMI connected to my 55" Sony x720e television. The software that works with the TV is amazingly intuitive. It recognises the soundbar as soon as it's plugged in and I'm able to control the volume using my Sony TV remote. This was an added beneficial surprise! :) The vocal and dialogue content is crystal clear thanks to Polk's Voice Adjust feature and integrated center channel speaker. Instrumental quality is silky smooth thanks to Polk's bass-reflex enclosed soundbar. I particularly like how the soundbar is ported on the sides, adding to the patented SDA technology to provide a true cinematic experience. Bass response was far exceeded with this system. The amplified wireless enclosure for the subwoofer is amazing, shaking my walls constantly at very low volume (this is a very good thing in my opinion). In conclusion, paired with the SR1 wireless surround speakers, I believe this system puts much pricier systems I've demoed to absolute shame. Crystal clear vocal, dialogue, and instrumental quality paired with a more than sufficient subwoofer make this system a great investment if you cannot afford a higher-end audio solution. Worth every penny.

Great sound bar. Setup was easy. Sounds amazing no matter what you listen to great bass. Bluetooth surround is perfect no stringing cords all the way across the room.

Bought for mother in law. Replaced and old home theater in a box. Sounded good and was simple to use. Tv didn’t support arc so used optical cable and worked well.

Had it for a little over a month now. The setup is super simple and it was up and running 5 minutes after I opened the box. Wifi setup very simple. The sound is amazing. TV shows and movies sound fantastic. When I switch it over to stream music it sounds even better. The only thing I can complain about is once in a blue moon it isn't synced up when I turn my TV on. That could even be my fault. Probably like most other guys I opened the box and completely ignored the user manual. That ones probably on me.

Went looking for Sonos but the look and the price made us look at this pretty good sound and saved a lot of money

Quick set up, and has a great sound. Makes TV dialog much clearer, and gives music a fuller sound with a nice bass balance. Great product for the price.

I have the polk audio magnifi Mini in my bedroom and wanted a new bigger sound bar in my living room. I have to say I’m so impressed by the sound- it’s very clear, and the lows are great. I also purchased the Jbl 3.1 sound bar that is comparable in price, and it sounded good although it was more of a 2.1 with a huge overbearing sub (crazy amount of bass and I live bass) so I wanted something more balanced. This has the highs, Mids and lows I wanted. Very happy with my purchase and it also connects to my magnifi mini to have multi room music. Thanks polk for a nice looking sound bar!

I love this sound bar, easy to set up and it has great sound. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and reliability
