Purchased this because of the voice control and sub dB. The voice control is great for movies and tv. I turn up the voice control so I can hear the dialogue that gets drowned out at times. When I watch NASCAR I turn the voice control down so I can hear the cars. I’m impressed with the sound bar and the lows from the sub. Occasionally hear a small pop from the sub is the only thing that I could do without.

We had an old sound system and were tired of muffled sounds and lack of quality music. We went to Best Buy and purchased the Polk Audio System. It was easily installed and we decided to watch a musical that night. Wow! It was like being at the theatre. The music was full & rich & exciting. We are SO GLAD we made this purchase!

What can I say? Great sound, simple setup, wireless speaker connections makes placement super hassle-free.

Two of the same failures. Used first unit for 13 days and second unit for 5 days. Performed updates and no cure. Volume would just ramp up to full blast. Could not turn power off, had to unplug. Took batteries out of remote but this did nothing to help. Second unit had same problems. It would turn on, go up a couple notches in volume then shut down. It would then turn on again and repeat. It would do this over and over. Gave up and took it back. Oh well.

I purchased this on Black Friday and have been pretty much pleased. I also added the sr1 surround speakers which really makes watching movies great. Only issue now is after I added the surround speakers the sub has started making a crackle sound once in awhile. That's reason for 4 stars. If this issue gets fixed will be a 5 star sound system.

Good sound, especially on action movies. East to setup.

1st off it is so impressive.....sounds amazing.....easy to use priced very well

We just got this as a replacement for another brand speaker that was defective and still under warranty. We paid extra to get a better speaker and it was worth it. This one worked immediately, plug and play, and we didn't have to program anything (which was a major issue of the other brand speaker we returned). Even my DirecTv remote works with it without having to enter codes or spend time on the phone trying to program. The sound is awesome!

Sound is amazing for its size. Easy set-up. Plan on getting another for the other TV.

The bass and voice clarity are very good. Easy to hook up. Not disappointed in this sound bar at all.

Dead easy setup with my new Tv. Just plug I. The HDMI cable and tv detected it and that was it. Sound is REALLY incredible. For me this was the unit in the store that got better sound than the sub $250 units and really - I struggled to hear the difference between this and the really expensive like $1000 sound bars. Sure the $1000 one was better but ... I feel like it was diminishing returns.
