    Great sound - Clear mids and highs, bass is not bad either, but I have a Sonos sub in the room so I can't attest to the bass too much.

    I hooked it up with my Sony receiver and I use Elac front speakers, it sound a little soft but sufficient for me

    These speakers are just the complete package. For secondary audio zones like a kitchen or master on-suite to surround speakers, these shine! The low frequency response isn't great, but that's expected. The magnetic, paintable covers seal the deal and really make these things just disappear out of sight.

    Sound is ok. I replaced three pairs of speakers. Looking back, I should have spent more and purchased the definitive technology speakers. 5 of the 6 still work and one was blown out with a sonos connect amp. Working the $99 price range, they are decent speakers, but I would not buy them again.
