Good headset for the price. The boom mic isn't as long as I thought it would be.

I don't know why you have to get new headphones when you get a new system. My son has Turtle Beach for the 360 and i was told these were good headphones. My son complained about being able to hear on them so we exchanged them for a different pair not from Polk. Not sure if just this set or all Polk headphones

Exactly what my son needed for his Xbox One gaming system. I love the product protection Best Buy offers. And the Best Buy membership points you can acquire towards other purchases.

Great quality!!! Sound is very clear and the mic is defientelt better then the Xbox brand ones.

I love my Polk headsets. They usually offer the best product for the price, and these Striker ZX headsets are no different. Expect to pay much more for the same quality of sound and versatility as this product offers. The voice is fantastic, the sound is only slightly less in quality as my Astro A50's, and the wireless aspect is equal to my $300 A50's. If you need a very good entry level headset, you can do far worse.

Looks and feels great. Bought at a low price and am glad to have done so.

Selected these with the help of an associate over the similarly priced TurtleBeach pair. So far, so good. Sound in clear with low tones still being picked up.

This headset is good for the price range. I had some issues with the microphone picking up my voice. Ultimately I ended up giving it to my son who has had no issues with it.

The headphones were working well and had good sound and noise reduction but they broke this past weekend and they were only about a month old. Took them back and got the same ones so hopefully they hold up this time.

These headphones were a replacement for my son's Turtle Beach X-Ones after more than a year of very, very heavy use. I use those myself lightly for my xbox one and have no complaints after 2 plus years. The Polk headphones were initially great. After a week they are cosmetically perfect, meaning he didn't drop them or otherwise damage them, but stopped working. I've tried them myself on my own Xbox and he's right, they don't work and I don't see any damage. Very disappointed because Polk is a well-known brand. That said, I won't buy another Polk product now. Very, Very unhappy. I guess it's back to Turtle Beach.

Bought for grandsons to use with xbox one ... they said these were the only ones they like because all the others always make cracking or noise.

I've been very impressed with this headset. It makes the games much more enjoyable when you are able to talk to each other when on a team in a game. I'm a long time user of Polk products and this set sets the same high bar as every other Polk product. Other players can hear me well and the sound is outstanding for the price. Highly recommend!

The Headset is okay, The sound quality is not what I expected in a professional Polk headset. I think some Turtle Beach headset beat Polk headset by far. The money I spent on these I should of got new Turtle Beach headset instead.

Great head gear. Comfortable , sound is great, mic is flexible and can retract when not in use. Plastic is a little on the cheap side but all in all they work great.
