Great Sound but I like it LOUD
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These speakers sounded really good and I would have kept them but due to working in Extremely Loud Environments for just under 1/3 of a Century, I need it Loud !! I should have known that a Bookshelf Speaker just wouldn't do it for me personally. I did return them but it had Nothing to do with the sound quality. It was only due to my hearing loss. I blame no one, but myself for purchasing these. I'm pretty sure that anybody with normal hearing, will love them.

I have similar units for the rest of the system. The picture shows a newer model speaker with the modern Polk logo. The units I received had the old logo, likely an older Polk model. However by the time I noticed, I had them out of the box. Rather than deal with the return policy, I kept the units. They sound great, just not what I ordered.
