nice set of speakers for a small room area
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these as a gift for my 83 year old mother to hook up to a Sansui Tuner that they bought over 45 years ago. Speakers sound great and took up so much less room, she was very pleased.

Great Little Speakers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these for my girlfriend who did not want massive speakers to trip over or her son to try and climb when she's not looking.... and they work GREAT for her audio needs since the speakers sound pretty darn good in the room where we set them up. So far they have not gotten 'taxed' by pounding bass lines at high volume, so we cannot speak to their ability to scream and shake all four corners of the Earth (which no rational person would EXPECT 5 1/4" bookshelf speakers to do...), but at reasonable volume they perform pretty well. Our conclusion: Great < $100 speakers if placed in the appropriate role!

too good to be true
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was a little hesitant to get these as i have a been a huge fan of klipsch and not sure i wanted to save up until i could afford a pair. These however were on sale for 69.99 a pair!! so i got 3 pair for satellites in my 7.1 surround sound i have a for my 300sq ft living room. Let me tell you something... these do not disappoint. They are perfect for highs and never peak out even at high volumes. they do lack a bit of medium and have no bass what so ever, but if you have a decent center speaker and sub you should be good to go. especially for the price you can not go wrong!!

Small size but good sound and price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Small efficient bookshelf speakers produce solid sound at a good price. There are better speakers out there but I purchased these because 1) they are small 2) they were about $100 for the pair.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So these speakers sound better then I thought they would because of the low price for them but I must say I was surprised at how well they sounded both low and high volume. Great base sound

Good speaker pair for the price.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Paid 99 dollars for the pair before they went on sale. Aesthetically a good looking speaker with or without grilles. Tonal response is pretty flat though. Should be used only for surround because it lacks enough full range sound to be used as a front channel speaker. Highs are muted unless using the receiver to EQ them up. Has too much midrange. Sounds like a cheap speaker because it is. Well built speaker though, just could have done more with the crossover inside of the cabinet. But as I said, for the price it is not bad for an ENTRY level speaker. Spend the extra money and pick up the comparable Andrew Jones Pioneer bookshelf or step up to the JBL Arena bookshelf's for your still entry level speaker.

Great speakers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These speakers were on sale before Black Friday. I matched them with a Polk CS10 center channel speaker, Boston Acoustics sub, Klipsch mains. Great Sound, good looks, awesome value.

Pretty decent speakers
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These speakers are pretty decent considering I was up to buy the Klipsch R-15 but went with these based on the price. So far, so good. Presently, I am using them alone with a subwoofer until I add floor speakers. I must say they are not bad at all.
