Clear, sharp sound. Work excellent as surround speakers. Easy to mount.

These speakers were purchased to replace the old 3 ft tall speakers my mom had that were 30 years old. They are small enough to fit nicely in her new apartment living room. Her stereo is not bluetooth capable, so that wasn't an option. These were the smallest we could find and they fit perfectly.

Outstanding! I have an LG soundbar with wireless rear speakers. The rear speakers were good but one fall and they were damaged. I bought these to connect to the LG rear speaker connecter and they work flawlessly. The sound is richer and much better then the LG speakers. Highly recommend them!.

I just needed a small pair of speakers. These were pre-assembled and worked right out of the box.

Can't beat this value. Bought as a stop gap until I could rebuild my higher end speakers. I'm currently breaking these in on a 50 watt rms stereo and they sounded good immediately and better every time I run them as they loosen up. I will be adding these as rear speakers in a home theatre system unless they sound better than my much more expensive speakers after rebuild.

I bought these Polk Audio speakers at Best Buy for $59.00 on sale and let me just say that they put out a great sound for the money and I am hooked on the quality and performance of the Polk brand of loudspeakers! In fact I’m thinking that any new speakers that I might be adding in the future will most likely be Polk Audio brand... very impressed!!

This is a very high quality set of bookshelf speakers with an excellent range. Using with my Sonos Connect.Amp and my Polk PSW-10 subwoofer. I found it for less, and they proce matched online through chat. It took a while but the result was a great value, delivered to my doorstep.

Pack nice big clean sound out of a small speaker.. Great value for the price..

Purchased these to use with a hybrid tube amp to replace an aging/failing surround sound system for my den TV. Despite the fact it's not surround sound, these make the whole thing sound so much better. I have another pair being used with a pure tube amp on my other TV system. Great sounding speakers.

decent sounding bookshelf speakers to go with entry level stereo for small apartment

As a high-end audio snob, I never thought much of the Polk brand. But when I needed speakers for a secondary home theater system's back pair, the price on these seemed right, and the reviews were good. So I was pleased to find that I agreed with the reviewers. These are very balanced, good sounding speakers.

With bookshelf speakers, you kind of expect limited sound quality, at least from my experience. This set, though, is a gem. They actually sound just as good as my floor speakers with the exception that the bass is less, but that is to be expected. I use them in my hobby room and am very pleased with their performance. They are worth the price.
