I replaced some old miniature center channel and surround speakers with these as my rear speakers, and a T30 center channel speaker, combined with a pair of Polk towers that I have used for many years for my fronts., with a home theater receiver. They work very well together and the result is far better than anything I had heard before. Detail and clarity are wonderful.

These speakers are very good especially for the price. Good speakers at regular price but got this pair on sale and I highly recommend.

I bought this at best buy to replace my rear surround speakers. Though they are heaver (alot) i final got them hung. They complete my surround and are super clear. The guys at best buy once again came through. This guys are the best . They always are helpful and have great pride in helping customers.

These are nice speakers. They perform well and are also nice looking. They are a good set of speakers for the money.

I was replacing an older pair of bookshelf speakers, one of which had developed a problem. I order these on-line for delivery, which saved me the trouble of carrying them home (no car). They are slightly smaller than the old ones (an advantage in a small apartment), however they have a greater output. I'm not a major audiophile but they work well for my purposes.

Good sound for a low price...I would recommend these speakers for someone who is trying to get a full sound from a small speaker..

Bought these to use as "Zone 2" speakers. The sound is excellent and really good build quality. Now, if the Zone 2 set up on the receiver wasn't just analog sources and would actually let you duplicate what the front 2 speakers are playing to them.

Small size with big sound. Not a Bluetooth, so need wires. Now small size is as good.

I am not a pro by any means, but the sound quality is pretty good for my taste. The quality of the speakers is solid and they were hooked up to Yamaha Receiver as a second pair of speakers (in addition to outside pair for the deck, PolkAudio atrium 45).I don't listen everyday, but when I do, I am satisfied (again, based on the price point)

Polk has produced a very fine pair of bookshelf speakers with excellent sound quality in all frequencies. It is a pleasure to listen to chamber music masterpieces recorded by great artists while eating breakfast in my kitchen. The $100 price tag was phenomenal. A pair of Bose speakers was priced at $160 and produced a hissy sound at high frequencies. I am delighted with this purchase from Best Buy.

These Polk audio 5-1/4 bookshelf speakers delivers clear and astounding audio for your every kind of music. They can be powered with a modest receiver or amplifier and still bring great musicality with your audio. Bass is great but don’t expect earth shaking sound as these are bookshelf speaker . Overall great quality speakers from Polk audio!

I purchased the polk audio speakers at first as a secondary set while i work on my media room and figured i would leave these in the other TV room for the kids. After installing them the sound was amazing and clear, crisp mid tones and clarity on the speaking. With this price i will be buying more for my new media room.

big sound for small speaker, easy to connect looks great

Yes, I did buy them when they were on sale, but as of right now, I am very happy with my purchase. They sound better than the speakers that we replaced. They were probably 6 times as large as these are, but they just did not fit in anymore. The sound that came out of these speakers really surprised me a little at first but we are very happy with them and are able to listen to our cd's and movies.

Bought these for monitor speakers - they have been far better than the previous Sony speakers that I bought..

Using these in a 5.2.1 setup as my rear surrounds. Although I am sure audiophiles may disagree, but I could not tell the difference between these or a pair of KEF's. Sound just as good as speakers that cost five times as much as these do.

For there size, these are great speakers. Excellent sound
