I was surprised that this GPS mount is very stable and is like magic. So far, it is still standing still and driving experience with this GPS stand has been great.

It does exactly what the description says. Actually put it in my kid's car...it stays put while they are driving and it's easy for them to place gps out of sight when necessary.

This mount holds up well in the Florida sun. It holds my Garmin snugly and it's easy to rotate for a better view. I have had mine about two years and it's still perfect.

Height is perfect and very easy to adjust. . My dash is rounded so needed to put a little bean bag lift under the front side so it doesn't slide forward. Perfect in every other way for me.

Definitely glad I made this purchase. This item gives you a better option than using the suction cup on your windshield. I liked it so much a bought two.

It holds it to my dash and doesn't slip. Works great. I wouldn't recommend for bigger gps's such as the 770 due to the weight but for smaller car GPS it works.

My old mount use to slip quite often and broke. This one is good till now and very sturdy , holds the gods well and very convenient to place on the dash board

Use this mount with Garmin portable GPS and just placed it on dash of my Chevy Traverse and it stays put, right where it was placed, no matter how tight a turn I made.

Overall a great mount at a decent price. It's very stable and the sticky base prevents slips or movement.

Adjustable mounting height is great. It almost sits on my dash. I also like the way it doesn't move when I am on a bumpy road (there are no smooth roads in CA)

I love this thing . It holds my Garmin as securely as a new mother holds her first baby! I want to buy another for my other car.

Does its job. No major slide movement on my dashboard. Gelpad is a little too sticky, but I guess appropriate for its purpose. Might have an issue if left in hot car during the day.

My previous GPS mount, a weight bean bag type, was sliding off the dashboard. This GPS mount works much better. I also have my radar detector on it. It just stays in place. I highly recommend.

My older truck has a rather large dash and this GPS holder is pure perfection for stability and functionality. I like this nifty GPS holder for my new Garmin GPS.

My Garmin portable friction mount has been outstanding. It holds the Garmin in place on the dashboard with no slippage and easily disassembles for storage in the glove box.

I needed to replace a suction cup mount for the Garmin because it would not hold the suction. This item holds the GPS and does not slip.

Great Fiction mount for my dashboard. It holds really well. It Left a little stickey residue when I removed it but it does wash off. Very pleased with it.

Appears to hold steady on the dash. Which is GOOD. However, I drive as careful as I can; and it has not moved!

Platform is a little stiff ( due to cold weather outside). So far has kept unit upright on dash. Has turned at times due to base not soft enough to grab the dash
