I purchased this mount for my garwin gps to sit on the dash of my truck. It is sturdy yet adjustable so I get the best view no matter how I adjust my seat.

I use this stand on top of my dashboard and it works great never have my GARMIN GPS Unit slip and slide. And it folds down when not in use.

It self sticks & removable. Limited side to side adjustment. Will not fit on small dash's or layed back windsheilds. Takes up a lot of vertical room.

I had previously had a bean bag mount and it would occasionally go flying off the dash. This mount has stayed still on our dash even with my wife driving (jk)

I had the old style and bought this on sale as it was smaller. Do not like as good as the old one. The Garmin vibrates in the mount and didn't before. I do like the size.

This stand works really well for holding the garmin on the dash. I have a recess in my dash where it sits, so that probably helps it stay put.

I got this because I don't like the windshield mounts. This mount is secure and very adjustable. Holds the unit on the dash very well.

The rubber bottom slides a little at first but has seemed to settle in place. I hope when it gets hotter outside it'll conform to the dash better.

Unexpectedly good mount - much more durable and stable than you could guess by looking at it. My 7" heavy GPS was pretty stable on it and never shifted or overturned. It is also very adjustable and compact which is great in travels. The only complaint is that the adhesive bottom is way too easy to bedraggle, and you'd need to clean it to restore its adhesive properties.

Keeps the gps unit in position, but the anti-friction pad slides around on my dash which is not flat. Would work great on a flat surface

This is a great holder. You can place the GPS unit wherever it is easiest for you to use it without it sliding off your dash board.

This device is a great little GPS holder for Garmin GPS devices. It stick readily to the dashboard and is easy to install.

It is a good heavyduty mount for my garmin GPS. Not a sticky one, but a good friction mount for the dashboard

used it with a 6" GPS in a 2015 Subaru Forester. Cut 1" off end, took pin out to turn mounting 180 degrees around worked perfect

Works very well. Held my 7' Garmin in place with no problem through all of the bumps and lumps in the road.

I bought this to keep from having to stick the device to the windshield. This keeps my field of view clear which is obviously safer when operating a vehicle. An added benefit that I hadn't considered was that the stand also acts as a shock absorber when I'm traveling down dirt roads, which is where most of my driving takes place. The base is moldable to conform to your dash board and I've had no issues with it sliding around or bouncing from where it sits. The Garmin should come with this by default in my opinion.

I bought this after going nuts with the suction cup mount. With this I am still able to put sunscreen up and it doesn't fall into my lap while driving.

Very good piece of equipment for holding gps on dash close enough so it is easy to program my gps if I have to

The mount fits nicely on my dashboard and does not slide when I am turning. It is a good purchase.

This works great with my 6 inch Garmin to hold it at a good angle for viewing without slipping around. The base holds it in one place on any surface.
