I have used the windshield suction cups in the past but this is much easier to place and use. plus don't have to worry about your GPS falling to the dash.

I had a garmin mount but it would slide all over my dash. so i bought this one and it stays in place.

I only gave it 4 stars because I didn't expect a lot for the price anyway. If it had cost any more I would have only given 3 stars. Very flimsy and my gps just kind of bounces around and will not hold the angle I set it at. The garmin I have is a 7" screen so with the weight it always clocks itself to the lower most position. The mount itself does at least contour and stick to the dash very well. I would recommend it if you don't like a windshield mount. With being in cold weather mine always fell off...

Doesn't slide on dashboard at all! Great product!! Sticks to the dashboard and doesn't get in the way when driving and never moves!

this gps holder fits perfectly in the space next to the mfg information screen and almost looks like it came from Lexus for that purpose.l

Works fairly well securing the GPS to the dashboard, but needs a fairly large flat surface for maximum benefit.

Works pretty good. would like to see a more sticky bottom. It slides on my dash some.

The size is perfect. The only concern is at lower speeds the GPS tends to shake. Never had that issue with the beanbag holder

Study yet flexible. Stays on the dash very well, My previous one lasted five + years. UV made the GPS bracket brittle.

This is a huge upgrade to the prior products that acted like a sandbag on the dash. Stays firmly in place.

I bought this holder for my new Garmin. I had used a bean bag pad before but this seems to work better for me. Had lots of adjustments.

This product is well balanced and stable for either a large or small GPS device hands down. Especially for the cost.

I got this so that I could use my device in a rental car but it is a bit heavy to throw in a carry on. Works well though.

I have wanted to get this dashmat for awhile but never did because of the price. Found it on a major sale here at BestBuy.com so I didnt hesitate. Item is smaller than I expected but its a good size for a gps. nice sleek thin design so you dont have a big bulky thing sittin on your dash. item is pliable and quality is very good. It stays where you put it and doesnt mess up your dash.

Far more useful and versatile than the mount included in the Garming packaging. It never slips from the dashboard. Holds very welll.

The is a great mount that does not slide across the dashboard; place it where you feel most comfortable without blocking your vision.

This portable mount is ingenious! very easy to set up. The only drawback is the clip onto which the GPS unit goes. You have to place the unit into the clip prior to driving, it is very sturdy. So there is no worrying about the unit dislodging itself during travel. But actually getting the unit ON the mount can be a little cumbersome. Nonetheless, a very good product.

Bought this for my boyfriend; he has a garmin gps. Was tired of holding the gps and accidentally touching the screen! This works well

I have a small car. I don't like to have things stuck to the window. I was able to use this easily and it kept the standard mount off the window.

This garmin holder works great. Keeps my garmin from sliding all over and easy to see the garmin while driving.
