    Not a fan of the standard suction cup mounts so this dash mount is great provided you have a large & flat enough dash to accommodate the mount.

    Needed to buy this as the mounting of GPS on the glass is now illegal, decent and does its job, but all gps's must provide this by default and not charge extra

    I like the footprint of this Garmin GPS holder. The only negative is you need a decent some what flat area to locate the GPS

    In some jurisdictions it is illegal to stick a GPS to the windshield with a suction cup. This alleviates the issue.
