This is a great game for the kids . Plenty of updates and dlc for the game. Kids love playing it . I had to buy two , one for each kid. But you can buy one and play split screen if you want. Lot of level to explore. I would recommend this to anyone who has kids.

My grandson loves this game after playing minecraft the past few years. Similarities, but different. He still plays minecraft as it has more be can do where this is an adventure. Highly recommended.

Portal Knights is an indie-RPG which has been released on Steam and PS4 previously. It's now available on the Nintendo Switch. Game is enjoyable and is highly-regarded. Given the low price of the game, plus the portability of the Switch, if you like RPGs give Portal Knights a spin.

It's a sandbox 3D RPG, it's got hints of strategy as well. You basically level up your character to build bigger and better stuff to defeat your enemies. Short learning curve and an truly enjoyable game.

Portal Knights is like a dungeon crawler version of Minecraft. It's really fun to go on an adventure and find out what you will find on the other side of each portal.

fun game for small children. Character graphic is cute enough. Map is limited with a portal to move to a different map, so you cannot really do much creative things like minecraft.

I know the Switch isn't the most powerful system out there but I feeeeeeeeeeel like maybe it could run this better. I have it PS4 as well, I picked up this version so I could play on the go and I'm not entirely thrilled with it. It still works but the draw distance isn't great and the loading is forever. If you love Portal Knights and want to play on the go, give it a whirl!

Grand was thrilled to get this game. He played with it and a friend the first day. Engaged. They go back and forth talking about what and how they moved through the game.
