The product does not work well. If I microphone is plugged in it will only work out of one side for hearing and half the time the microphone does not work. I tested on other controllers and it worked fine.

I cannot think of a bad thing to say about this controller. Even the cable itself is rugged and looks sturdy enough to rope a goat (simulated, of course). It feels very comfortable in my hands with good grip and buttons and triggers placed perfectly. The shell/casing isn't of the satin style of the Elite, but doesn't draw sweat more than a standard controller either. The buttons and triggers are tight and precise. The height of the D-Pad is comfortable enough to use it on Mortal Kombat X without tearing up my thumb. The analog sticks are relatively unremarkable, but that's okay-- at least I have nothing BAD to say. Lastly, speaking of pure aesthetics, this controller is slick! The styling looks just as its name sounds: Liquid Metal; just under the clear surface of the primary shell, the metallic patterns look as though they could be liquid metal circulating throughout.

Usually I am a little skeptical about off-brand controllers from brands such as Power A, but I was in need of a second controller. For $40 you get a pretty well built controller (not as solid feeling as the official Microsoft Xbox One Controller, but still much better than most). I decided to test it out for a while before posting a review. Currently I have logged around 15 hours with it in Halo 5 and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. It's never had one issue yet and the controls are very precise to the touch. This is easily the best controller that I have bought from Power A and will be buying another in the future if I ever need a third controller. It's also nice to have a backup controller that is corded just in case it is needed.

good back up, but not a good primary controller

I bought a controller 3-4 weeks ago after leaving my microsoft controller at my brother's home. The controller has been used for about 4 hours a day for 3-4 weeks and now 2 buttons are broken/ stuck with just wear and tear from playing. It was never dropped or abused in any way. I'm sure that it is a great cheap controller for those looking for a controller for the kids or for a back up, but I would not recommend it for heavy playing as a primary controller. Admittedly, I may have just purchased a dud or lemon, but for it to break after 3 weeks of play, leaves me a bit concerned since my xbox 360 controller lasted 2 years and was still good when I traded the device.

Great feel, and also seems stable and not cheaply constructed. No batteries is a plus, but the 3.5 mm headphone jack is the best feature as I can use my Beats by Dre or iPhone ear buds as fully functional gaming headsets.

I was very excited about this controller. Good feel, solid, affordable, a great backup controller. Then on the second use the R bumper got stuck and required significant effort to pop it back out. This started happening anytime you pushed the button, so I returned the product and decided to invest in a genuine controller.

This is a great product but be careful with the buttons, they will get suck. It was a great product but I didn't expect it to break as fast as it did. I only had this item for 2 months. One of the buttons got stuck. I guess it happens with other controllers also.

I've had the controller for 3 months, and I use it daily. The grips on the thumb sticks have already worn out, leaving them a bit misshapen. Also, the vibration motors have stopped working completely. Sub par quality, disappointed since I really liked the controller the day I got it, but you're better off spending a little extra on a higher quality controller.

Bought based on looks and price. Lasted about six months of moderate play then triggers started sticking and not releasing (first xbox ontroller I've bought that didn't last at least two years before developing at least some sort of button issue). Entire case is kind of cheap and vibrate in some games makes the controller sound like its going to explode. Would not buy again

It worked really well for a few months. I got it for the kids' Xbox because it was a cheaper option to the Microsoft brand wireless remotes, which were my only other option. All of a sudden, it stopped working. It did not receive power from the Xbox anymore. I tried all the USB ports and still nothing. I should have spent the extra money and purchased the Microsoft brand.
