    This controller feels very cheap, when using the triggers your fingers hit the plastic which makes it very uncomfortable, on top of this your fingers are constantly hitting the buttons below so the lights will blink and you can't use the controller to you hold it down to turn it off.

    Not Working After A Month

    It’s past the return window and I haven’t had this for 60 days and the controller is no longer fully functional for the game I play. I started having issues after 30 days but thought it was PC related and not controller related. I switched control controllers and the issue was resolved. Very disappointed.

    Been through 2 Power A controllers. First one eventually had left analog drift. Second one stopped registering the left bumper after 4 months.

    Only had it since October 19 and the buttons on top of it stopped working and I can't return it it's only November 7th so I haven't even had it that long not worth the money

    Item was open box excellent when purchased. but what i recieved was open box completely broken and it was obvious. is best buy just recieving broken items and restocking the shelves with them. just about every open box item i get from best buy i have to take back because it is broken beyond repair. shame on you best buy for not putting effort into this process.

    The joystick on this controller stopped working after 12 days. The company has yet to make it right. Both Best buy and power a have been worthless during this process

    literally just got this controller tried to change the colors with the software that they provided and it broke the trigger stops for it. DONT DOWNLOAD OR UPDATE THE CONTROLLER AT ALL THE COMPANY HAS NOT FIXED THE BUG IN THE DOWNLOADS.
