Not Working After A Month

I started having issues after 30 days but thought it was PC related and not controller related. I switched control controllers and the issue was resolved. Very disappointed.

Lack of quality control with open box items...

DONT DOWNLOAD OR UPDATE THE CONTROLLER AT ALL THE COMPANY HAS NOT FIXED THE BUG IN THE DOWNLOADS.
