It's cheaper, wider, and more comfortable to hold. The Kirby theme is awesome, and the hall effect sticks mean no drift issues. The official Nintendo controller, at almost $100, will eventually drift. Nintendo seems to make it difficult for third-party controllers, only allowing their own to wake the Switch 2, and connecting them can be a hassle. I hope they improve this in the future.

Pretty Good Controller

I didn't have any problems pairing it with the Switch 2. It's not as good as the pro controller but for the price and design, I am happy with it. The buttons are a bit stiff but it's brand new. We will have to see how it holds up long term.

I would spend the extra money for the official pro 2 controller. the plus side for this controller is its hall effect sticks.
