Personally the controller is comfortable, and I prefer the placement of the + & - buttons, and it comes with a long charging cord which is great. Would give it 3.5 stars if able. The reason I'm not giving it a higher rating is the problem mentioned above, which is a necessary feature in any controller for me personally.

No issues encountered with use or charging. Has a little bit of a lag or sensitivity issue though I’m not sure if it’s a user issue with settings or if it’s the controller. I haven’t played video games in a while so consider me a newb.
