Meh, it's not bad but ...

Meaning that when you drop your controller on the base you have to adjust it ... everytime. You have to pay close attention and make sure to get the connections to line up "just so". So if you're not paying attention (or in my case you have a small child at home the happens to move everything around) it won't charge.
