Does not keep remote charged

Didn't charge well.

If I fiddled with the thing for a while it would charge but it required angling the controller in such a way that it didn't fit well into the charging slot. Would have returned but I didn't open until a few weeks after I bought it. Avoid this product.

Use energizer rechargeable batteries & charger ins

The charger connect port malfunctioned on both devices. I wasn’t able to receive an electric charge from the outlet via the cord charger. These things aren’t the best options when it comes to recharging your Xbox controllers.

Won't charge at all

Had to use another base from another company I had already to charge this battery. Totally defeated the purpose of buying this one :/
