not sure why but only one side consistently charges controllers. have switched the controllers and still issues. definitely grabs both controllers but right side one rarely charges.

This charger uses the headphone jack side of the controller to charge. After a while the micro usb side wears out and gets harder and harder to line up to charge the controller . This charging station fits perfectly in the first time every time . You won’t be dissapointed.

Only complaint with the item is making sure it's connected properly when charging to ensure it gets a full charge. Once I got the hang of it, worked as expected and keeps my controls charged. Make sure base is raised > place controller on it > push down from top and ensure the base clicks.

Got this recently cause my baby would get the cord an suck on it with me noticing and then a few hours later I would try to charge my controller and it was fried from her drool. Bought the dual charger to keep it out of her reach and makes it was easier to interchange controllers while gaming.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he really likes it. It is so convenient to charge 2 controllers at a time. The only thing he didn’t really like is that it only charges the controllers if both are charging. You are not able to charge one at a time, there had to be 2 on there to work. Other than that it’s good

We needed something to charge the controllers because of the USB ports on the PS4 one is always used by our external hard drive and the other with a USB hub for a headset. With two boys we needed something to charge one while the other plays. Very easy to set up and use.

Perfect accessory to my PS4 to make sure my controllers are always ready for game time. The charging cradle plugging directly into a 120v socket is a great touch, it allows me to keep my PS4 usb ports open for other devices such as flash drives and wireless headset transmitters. Must have for any PS4 gamer.

Works well, better than having to use the USB cables attached to the PS4 unit. Kinda goofy the way the controller attach to the unit, but it works well.

Very convenient and reliable. I hate having a cord coming now out of my Xbox so this is very easy.

Fast charges and a simple body, doesn't take up much space. The frame is not robust, seems fragile. Getting controllers docked is a bit of a hassle, they don't slide on naturally and require a concerted effort. The Move controller station with DS4 adapters is better, IMO, and cheaper, from what I've found.

Love this charger. The PS4 controllers batteries don’t hold much of a charge, so being able to just set a controller in the charger on my nightstand is so much easier than finding the charging cable on the ps4. Also charging two at once is very nice.

I love this thing its great for setting controllers down and making my gaming area organized as it also charges them! I liked it so much that I bought 2. Its very easy to use and it plugs into the wall so no USB cord needed.

This is a solid, well built, high quality, charging station for your dualshock 4 controllers. Not a Sony product, but an official Playstation licensed product from PowerA, who happen to make high quality accessories for all gaming systems. You are able to charge your controllers without needing to connect to your PS4 so it frees up your USB connections on your PS4 for other accessories. It's great to have another controller readily available when the battery runs low on the controller you are using. However, if you happen to add on a back button attachment to your controller it will not work with this charger unless you take the attachment off which can be a pain. Something to keep in mind before you purchase it.

My son broke one of his controllers so I purchase this one as a replacement I got it on sale for a great price.

Controllers lock into charging position by pressing them down on unit...unlock by pressing down again and they popup

Works fine, but it's a little tough to mount the controller because of a "spring action" feature to set the charge.

This charger is awesome because it turns off when fully charged. This avoids the overcharge issue which can decimate your battery. The spring loaded cradle is a little awkward, but it can be depressed and left that way without any functionality issues

Great to have when playing hours of games. This is a must have. I wish they came in the 20th anniversary color.

Need to have one of these as the PS4 controller has a very low battery life. Need to plug them in after every session.
