When you first use this, it is fiddly getting the controller at the correct angle (nearly vertical). Eventually you realize the controller has to be firmly pushed down to seat in the cradle - which is effectively a spring loaded lock. (Have to push down again to get it to release.) Surprise bonus: when you push down to release, the motion activates the PS button - if your system is off, it auto-turns on as soon as you remove the controller from the charging unit. If a different controller is active/connected to the PS4, removing #2 from the charger automatically gets the “who is using theirs controller?” Prompt. Pretty slick.

Easy to use just plug in the wall and put your controller on to charge. Pretty nice since you cam have two controllers charge at the same time. Only thing is you cannot play and charge at same time.

Nice look! Charges normally, I like the dual capability to charge both controllers at the same time. I don't like the base that it sits on the controllers seem to rock and not stable but I guess for the price it's not a bad deal!

This is one you should get it. I tired of long wire that charger controllers. I almost lost my balance when walking over. So I decided to get this for my husband. It's way better, and can charger, two controllers which its nice. It's the best decision to make!

This dock works extremely well. I love the little spring action when you add and remove a controller. Doesn't take up a usb port which is the best part, and my controllers are always charged now for when I'm binging Horizon: Zero Dawn. Highly recommend

This charger plugs directly into the wall instead of having to use one of your USB ports on the PS4. That means the controllers will charge anytime without having to have your PS4 on. The controllers stay put because of a locking mechanism on the charger also.

No charging cables to trip over...this is the answer! I did return it for the Sony version, takes up less space than the PowerA.

Super cheap and awesome to charge two controllers at once. My son broke the port to charge his controller .however since this uses a different input on the controller we could now charge that controller.

PlayStation 4 controllers have an average battery life of 7 playing hours. That's kind of ridiculous considering most games these days involve MANY more hours of play time. So you're almost forced to buy that 2nd controller they refuse to include with the system for a whopping 60 bucks extra. This is a little outrageous and honestly Sony, you're gauging your customers. Best Buy is only the middle man. It isn't their fault at all. I love Best Buy. But Sony should be ashamed of themselves. In addition to that, not making their systems backward compatible is only a way to force people to buy a PS3 for their ps3 games. However I can also add that in a way this can be seen as somewhat of a good thing... At least myPS4 isn't being overly used at the moment

make everything so much easy and it helps with organizing the home. I can just place it on the charging stand and will know its in a safe and easy to come to place when im ready to play again.

Love this charging station for form and function. Much cleaner looking than the cord in front of the ps4, and I no longer have to leave my system on standby. Super convenient I cant help but think this should be a standard device that comes with the ps4.

Works good overall. However, I had to return product because one side stopped charging. Light would blink for a second and shut off. The push down mechanical part is also not well manufactured. I can see why the power problem happens when not pushed down correctly. I ended up purchasing the energizer brand charger. Overall, I give it 5 out of 10 stars. I would not recommend over the other options.

It is nice to sit where I want and play my games. I don't have to use the short cord.

The charging station for the PS4 controllers is a great device because it has an AC adapter to plug into a wall outlet so you charge up to two controllers without having to leave the power on to the PS4 gaming console.

this is a must have instead of changing batteries you will save money in the long run

This is great. Easy to snap in and out of the dock. The product itself is not very stable when I attempt to snap the controller out of it by pushing down, which results in the dock moving around instead of staying in place. Maybe a bigger and heavier base would be able to fix that. Other than that works very well

As fast as our family of 6 goes through batteries, anything that recharges and saves me from buying and constantly changing batteries works well for me. If the controller doesn't make it onto the base, it doesn't fall on me.

come in handy when the charge is full. the battery does not last long on some controller.
