What a life changer!

It's not as convenient as it could be simply because you cannot charge and use the controller at the same time like you can with a charging cable. If you have 2 controllers though, that shouldn't be an issue at all! I leave one controller on the charging station at all times (there's an intermediate 'setting' on the dock which lets you set the controller within the docking cradle, but not set it far enough down to initiate charging) while I use the other controller. With the amount of life that one controller gives, I can fully charge the other controller a few times over and just switch them out when the one I'm using gets low!

No more wired charging

It utilizes the port underneath the controller rather than the micro USB on top. The controller's light is the indicator of charging and when it is finished. Charging it will pulse amber and when it is full it will turn off. No trying to line up the port on the controller to charge is a breeze. Click down to charge, click down to separate the controller from the charger. No complaints and it is an OFFICIAL PS4 accessory.

My son loves this charger!

My son likes it because you just drop the controller in and you don't have to click it onto the totem pole like the other one. It seems to charge pretty fast and since it holds two controllers, it's good for switching out controllers when the one you're using looses its charge.

I have mine on a DVD stand. You need to push the controller down onto the charger until it inserts the plugs, which my 6 year old does it just fine. That pressure though, is too much for the DVD stand. Just put it on a sturdy table and you will be pleased.
