I'm Frustrated.

I recently sold off the second unit (which was a manufacturer replacement) after selling my PS4 bundle to upgrade to the Pro. First, I will say that this is probably the best unit, aesthetically speaking. The way the two controllers sit back to back looks nice. That's (unfortunately) important when living in a home and the feng shui has to be on point. The most frequent issue that I have come across is that one of the ports will either stop charging a controller, or it won't charge the controller at all. Therefore, I am left with just one port to charge two controllers. I understand, I do not always use two controllers, but when I need two to play with others, it becomes a hassle when one of the two controllers dies quickly. I've merely had this new unit for approximately 2 months, bought with a new system and an extra controller, and it's already having issues. There is a 2 year manufacturer warranty, but it's definitely an issue that it's happened so often. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Works..but feels a little sloppy

They kind of press down into a spring loaded clamp to start charging, but it doesn't really "grab" the controller like I expected. It does charge my controllers, and I guess its pretty good for the money.
