Charger works great and plugs in directly to an outlet instead of via usb on ps4. Gave it a 4 star because it has to be in a certain angle to click down and kods tend to pull it right of instead of pushing down to release. Just have to keep reminding them until they learn :) But i would buy again and my buddy has had his for a couple of years.

I have 3 dogs Whose loyalty is unquestionable however when it comes down to cables they have no remorse I've been through multiple PS4 connecting cables and finally decided to buy a charging dock to avoid Mishaps I can say I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Overall, the product works well and does what it is supposed to do. However, you cannot use this if you keep the silicon protective guard on your controllers. It does not sit deep enough to get a charging connection. I have been having to take my cases off to use this, and i don't like having to do this. It is annoying having to take them off and put them back on every time. Also, the controller doesn't really lock in tightly. Once its seated and charging (pushed down), it can easily be pulled off the charger while the charging base is still pushed down. TLDR: If you use the silicon controller protective cases, do not get this. You will have to take the cases off to use this. Place is less trafficked areas so it doesn't get knocked into. Your controller might be taken out of charging mode.

This is a good dual charger for PS4 controllers. Could be made a little better to ensure the controller is locked into place for charging but overall it beats using 2 USB cables. Also the keyboard/battery combo add on for the controller will have to be removed to use the controller on the charger. That was really the only downfall to this purchase.
